Description of the position: ​

Professional responsible for working in judicial and administrative labor proceedings, elaborate contracts, monitor expertise and collective negotiations with Unions, provide consultancy assistance to the HR sectors, in addition to supporting inspections and control of the activities of external offices. ​
​​

Differential:​

  • Experience in audits and inspections​
  • Availability to travel​

  • Oral and written communication​

  • Organization and control of deadlines​
  • Management of judicial and administrative processes​

Time:​

  • Commercial – Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • Complete higher education in Law​
  • Active registration with the OAB​
  • Specialization in Labor Law ​
  • Knowledge of collective negotiations and working with Unions​
  • Availability to work in person at the São Ludgero unit – SC
  • Fluent English
