Description of the position: ​

Profissional responsável por atuar em processos judiciais e administrativos trabalhistas, elaborate contracts, acompanhar perícias e negociações coletivas junto a Sindicatos, prestar assessoria consultiva aos setores de RH, além de apoiar fiscalizações e o controle das atividades dos escritórios externos. ​

Requirements

  • Ensino superior completo em Direito​
  • Registro ativo na OAB​
  • Especialização em Direito do Trabalho ​
  • Conhecimento em negociações coletivas e atuação junto a Sindicatos​
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na unidade de São Ludgero – SC
  • Inglês fluente
