In the constant search for quality and for ensuring the good performance of its products and businesses, the Copobras Group adopted an Integrated Management System (SGI). Through the SGI the company is able to have a systemic look at its activities, making the workflow more agile and making all people involved in the processes have the same guidelines, that are based on the Corporate Policy. – ISO 9.001 – the quality management system aims to promote customer satisfaction through standardization and continuous improvement of processes, together with programs like EMC – Continuous Improvement Teams, 5’s and SEC – Copobras Excellence System. – ISO 14.001 – to ensure environmental compliance, we identify and monitor the environmental aspects and impacts intrinsic to the production process of packaging and disposables. In this sense, we have implemented energy efficiency programs, rational use of water, efficient recyclability, among others. – ISO 22.000 – the methodology of this standard is used to ensure that the packaging and disposables produced are free from physical contamination, chemical and biological, that may affect the health of the final consumer. This methodology is worked in conjunction with the BPF programs – Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
